So the football players are twittering and facebooking their way. A famous incident is the one with Dutch player Gregory van der Wiel whom was sick for a friendly match, but posted a photo of him self a concert of rapper Lil Wayne in Amsterdam on Twitter. He apologized and erased his account. It’s just a matter of time other players start posting things what will be misunderstood by the readers. The Spanish coach already noticed it and told the players to quit with the hype.

So I personally think it has no harm to twitter once a week or facebook with you friends when you’re a famous player, but overdoing it would be wrong and sometimes famous people don’t know when enough is enough. So for the players I understand it’s mandatory to focuss on the game, but other famous people are welcome to post as much as nonsense about the World Cup, the question is whether there are enough people whom think it’s interesting or significant. I don’t think so, but hey, who am I? Right?
